The new Ferris wheel at Rock in Rio Lisboa has the "signature" of PiscaPisca.pt

Long one of the most sought after attractions by visitors to Rock in Rio Lisbon, the Ferris wheel has just become more interesting with the arrival of the PiscaPisca.pt Giant Wheel, which brings 24 themed booths and the promise of prizes, fun and lots of music.

Unlike usual, the fun will start in the queue. In the next edition, the “passengers” will go to the Ferris wheel through an access corridor (the “Hall Flashes Flasher”) which, in addition to a pink carpet, will have the animation of several DJ's, including the pilot and ambassador of PiscaPisca.pt, António Félix da Costa.

Once arrived at the Ferris wheel, visitors find 24 cabins with different experiences, their own fragrance and even a tablet to perpetuate the visit to the Ferris wheel.

Awards and music will not be lacking

The biggest highlight are the ten PiscaPisca.pt booths, which are fully decorated with themes alluding to the world of entertainment. There are two Discos, dedicated to “Dance Music”; two Tropical, with Latin music; two that travel to the Fifty decade, where the star is Rock 'n' roll; two Back to 90’s, with Pop Music; and two dedicated to Portuguese music, the “Tiro-liro-liro”.

In all of them, passengers control a personalized playlist, being able to choose the music they want to listen to. In these booths it will be possible to compete for various prizes, including a car. Those staying in these cabins may still be surprised by “flash visits” from celebrities yet to be designated.

The Ferris wheel has always been one of the highlights of Rock in Rio and a differentiating element of the City of Rock. This year, the public can believe us when we say that we have taken the experience to a new level and will bring something never seen before – a new wheel, with new cabins, fully customized inside, with a setting that takes us to another universe, 100% programmable, where we can choose our own playlist and even win incredible prizes.

Roberta Medina, Executive Vice President of Rock in Rio.

On board the 14 Rock in Rio cabins (also with a specific decoration), it will be possible to compete for prizes such as backstage visits, meals at Continente Chef's Garden and rounds of beer. In addition to all this, there are even more news that will be released later, such as prizes and interactions.
