It has just left the Bugatti factory in Molsheim, in French Alsace, the chiron number 300 of the 500 that the French brand of the Volkswagen Group will produce, all built by hand.
The example that marked this special moment was a Chiron Pur Sport in the “Nocturne” color, later decorated with various elements in carbon fiber. According to Bugatti, this is a model that was customized “down to the smallest details” by an enthusiast of the brand.
For the interior, the owner of this Chiron chose the Pur Sport Interior pack in “Beluga Black” for the leather and for the Alcantara, with contrasting stitching in “Gris Rafale”.
Still in the passenger compartment, and as a tribute to the younger brother of the brand's founder (Ettore Bugatti), Rembrandt Bugatti (sculptor), we find a drawing of the famous Dancing Elephant — which can be translated as Dancing Elephant — on the headrests, while the Sky View panoramic roof will give passengers a view of the open sky.

As for mechanics, no introductions are required. The 8.0-litre W16 quad-turbo engine that powers the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport is accompanied by a parade of numbers that deserves all the attention: 1500 hp of power, 1600 Nm of maximum torque, 0 to 100 km/h in 2 .3s, 0 to 200 km/h in 5.5s and less than 12s from 0 to 300 km/h.
They are impressive records and that match perfectly with the price of the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport: three million euros, excluding taxes.
There are only 60 units
After the Chiron Super Sport 300+, a version focused on pure speed, the Chiron Pur Sport presents itself as the variant more focused on driving, so it received improvements in terms of aerodynamics, suspension and transmission, and was even targeted on a diet which allowed him to “cut” 50 kg compared to the other Chiron.
Production of the Chiron Pur Sport started in October 2020 and, according to Bugatti, most of the 60 units will be delivered to their owners later this year.
Bugatti follows at a good pace
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, Bugatti's operation continues at a good pace in the brand's workshops in Molsheim, where the Chiron has been produced since 2016. In addition to the Chiron Sport, Divo and Chiron Pur Sport, Bugatti employees will later produce the most expensive production car ever this year, the only Bugatti La Voiture Noire.
