Boreas. This is the name of a new and ambitious project for a supercar, which has just been born in Spain, and which will be presented as early as next week.

Behind the conception of this supercar is the company DSD Design & Motorsport. A virtually anonymous company that will have to resort to a second manufacturer (world class) for the development of the power unit – it is still unknown which. It is certain that the Boreas will be a sports plug-in hybrid with a total of 1000 hp of power, with an autonomy in electric mode of about 100km.

The name was inspired by Greek mythology. Boreas was the god of the cold north wind, which brought winter.

Production will be limited to 12 units, each with unique specifications, chosen according to each customer.

The presentation of the prototype that will inspire each of the production models is scheduled for June 14 in the Michelin pavilion at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, before debuting at the Goodwood Festival later in the month.
