The Stuttgart brand has just released 15 facts and figures about its participation in the 84th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. A very interesting piece of information that allows you to have another idea of ​​the effort that is required of machines and drivers in what is the queen event of world endurance.

Fact 1 - The winning team, Romain Dumas (FR), Neel Jani (CH) and Marc Lieb (DE) in car #2 completed 384 laps in a total of 5,233.54 kilometres.

Fact 2 - Car #2 (winner) led the race for 51 laps, while car #1 from Timo Bernhard (DE), Brendon Hartley and Mark Webber (AU) led for 52 laps.

Fact 3 - Due to many stages with reduced speed caused by periods with safety car and slow areas, the distance covered in the race was almost 150km less compared to 2015.
