Features to which we must add an interesting rolling comfort, a dynamic behavior in line with the best in the segment, and engines suited to the claims of a model with these characteristics.
This was our verdict:
The version we tested in this video was the D180 S AWD. In other words, we had at our disposal a Jaguar E-Pace with a 2.0 Diesel engine of 180 hp with all-wheel drive and the standard equipment level. And by base equipment level, I don't mean a stripped-down version of comfort items.
Also because we are talking about a unit that without extras costs 62,000 euros and with extras reaches 70,000 euros (see technical sheet).
Even though the more “basic” Jaguar E-Pace already includes automatic headlamps, windscreen wipers with rain sensor, heated rear-view mirrors with anti-glare, electric collection and approach lighting, tire pressure monitoring system as standard. , tire repair system, two-zone automatic air conditioning, analogue dial with TFT display, Connect Pro Pack infotainment system (which includes inControl Apps, Touch Pro system, Navigation Pro, Dynamic Voice Control, voice controls), modes driving, electric parking brake, among other items.
In dynamic terms, we can count on the Jaguar Drive Control program that ensures a more or less sporty configuration, in line with our wishes.
With regard to safety systems, I highlight Emergency Braking, Recognition of Traffic Signs, and Maintenance Assistance on the Lane. Fortunately, technologies are increasingly present in the standard equipment lists.
