Aston Martin Valkyrie. That's how it's done, you hear me?

Glory. Glory. Glory! Aston Martin did what these days seemed almost impossible: launch a record-breaking atmospheric engine in compliance with all anti-pollution regulations.

In fact, it even did more than that. In partnership with Cosworth, it developed an engine capable of making the V12 engines of the competition blush with shame.

This new atmospheric V12 engine debits 1014 hp (1000 bhp) at 10 500 rpm, and it continues to climb until… 11 100 rpm(!) . The maximum torque of 740 Nm of this engineering feat is reached at 7000 rpm — an engine that has already deserved our full attention.

All the lessons learned in F1 are condensed here. Beautiful, isn't it?

Compare the Aston Martin Valkyrie's V12 engine to the competition's atmospheric V12 engines (also 6500 cm3). Namely the engines of the Lamborghini Aventador and the Ferrari 812 Superfast. Each with “only” 770 hp at 8500 rpm (SVJ) and 800 hp at 8500 rpm, respectively. What a kick!

As if that wasn't enough, this engine is associated with an electrical component, developed with the help of RIMAC, which put the maximum power of the Aston Martin Valkyrie at 1170 hp.

We could stay here, but it's not possible

Form and function combined in a single model. If the heart of the Aston Martin Valkyrie couldn't be more noble, what about his body?

An elegant and sporty body, designed down to the last detail to break the wind and glue the English model to the asphalt, whether on a circuit or on a mountain road. Preferably the first...

First deliveries in 2019

The Aston Martin Valkyrie will be produced in 150 units, plus 25 units for the AMR Pro, destined for circuits. Deliveries are expected to start in 2019, with an estimated base price of 2.8 million euros — apparently, all units are already guaranteed owners!
