Lamborghini took the renovated Huracán to the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. Designated Huracán EVO , both the Coupé and Spyder versions received mechanical improvements in addition to aesthetic touches and an increase in the technological offer.

So, in mechanical terms, the 5.2 l V10 of the Huracán EVO now delivers 640 hp (470 kW) and 600 Nm of torque , values ​​identical to those offered by Huracán Performante. All this allows the Huracán EVO Coupé to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9s (3.1s in the case of the Spyder) and reach a maximum speed of 325 km/h.

In terms of aesthetics, the changes are discreet in both the Coupé and the Spyder, including the adoption of a new front bumper, new wheels and the repositioning of the exhausts. Inside, the main novelty is the new 8.4” screen for the infotainment system.

New “electronic brain” is new

In addition to the increase in power, the main innovation of the Huracán EVO is the new “electronic brain”, called Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI). It combines the also new rear wheel steering system, stability control and torque vectoring system to improve the supercar's dynamic performance.

Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder

Both the Huracán EVO Coupé and the Spyder also saw their aerodynamics improved with this renewal, and in the case of the Spyder, the focus remains on the canvas top (foldable in 17s up to 50 km/h). In relation to the Coupé, the Spyder saw the weight increase by around 100 kg (weigh, in dry, 1542 kg).

The first customers of the new Lamborghini Huracán EVO are expected to receive the super sports car during the spring of this year . The Huracán EVO Spyder does not yet have an estimated arrival date, knowing only that it will cost (excluding taxes) around 202 437 euros.
