As such, the "feline brand" decided to equip the F-PACE, XE and XF with the new propeller.

With this new engine, the F-PACE, recently awarded the title of “World Car of the Year”, can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.0 seconds, with an average consumption of 7.7 l/100 km.

The XF, optionally equipped with four-wheel drive, manages to reduce the acceleration from 0-100 km/h to 5.8 seconds, and also has lower consumption. There are 7.2 l/100 km and emissions of 163 g CO2/km.

Naturally, the smallest and lightest XE achieves the best performances and the best consumptions. Just 5.5 seconds from 0-100 km/h (four-wheel drive version), 6.9 l/100 km and 157 g CO2/km (153 g for rear-wheel drive version).

On all models, the engine is coupled to an eight-speed automatic transmission, originally from ZF.

The introduction of the P300, the code that identifies this engine, is the culmination of the updates carried out in the different ranges earlier this year. We've seen the introduction of 200 hp Ingenium gasoline engines for the XE and XF, and a 250 hp version that also includes the F-Pace.
