The British brand has been providing us over the last few months with small details of its new SUV. But this is the first time the Jaguar F-Pace has appeared virtually uncloaked.
Jaguar, in association with Team Sky, decided to take advantage of the Tour de France to present the first truly revealing images of its new model: the Jaguar F-Pace. A pre-production copy that will support cyclist Chris Froome.
The British SUV will have a new support system for bicycles, consisting of a faster telescopic grapple compared to traditional supports. The images demystify the Jaguar F-Pace's design somewhat, showing many similarities to the brand's newer family of models.
Jaguar decided to keep some softer camouflage in order to maintain the suspense until its official presentation, which will take place predictably at the Frankfurt Motor Show. This middle ground between the commercial and the test model serves to give us a glimpse of what will be the first SUV of the British brand.
The new Jaguar F-Pace will have at its disposal a 2 liter turbo petrol and diesel engine and also a 3 liter V6 Supercharged. The XF's diesel V6 block is also expected to be part of this line-up.
