The fourth generation of BMW X5 has its first public appearance in Paris. The German SUV — or SAV (Sport Activity Vehicle) in BMW language — one of the founders of its segment, has already been sold more than 2.2 million times, so the responsibility of the new generation is high.
The new generation grows again in all directions, with benefits in internal quotas; presents itself with new technological content and makes several debuts in the brand — whether from an aesthetic point of view, being the first BMW with 22″ wheels; or from the standpoint of versatility, being the first X model of the brand to offer an off-road package.
This new package integrates air suspension, lower front and rear guards, specific instrumentation, adjustable height (80mm adjustment) and specific modes for sand, rock, gravel and snow.
