The North American brand took advantage of the salon made in the city of light to show the European public for the first time, and at an official level, its smallest model, the Model 3. A few meters from the place where a new generation of one of the models that Tesla advertises as a competitor to the Model 3, the BMW 3 Series, the North American model has not failed to capture attention.
The Elon Musk brand brought to Paris two models of the Model 3, which become the first officially on French soil. Tesla took the opportunity to invite French owners who have already booked the model to go to the salon to see it live, as there is still no official date for the launch of the model on European soil, with the brand having postponed the launch for a few months. for early or mid next year.
In the communication sent to reserve holders of the model in France (through which the invitation to see the Model 3 live was made) the brand did not mention prices, instead opting to praise features such as the panoramic roof and the 15″ touchscreen.

Presented in Europe but still struggling
Despite creating high expectations the Model 3 has not been without controversy. From problems associated with production, delivery times to owners in the US, to problems with quality control, the Model 3's arrival on the market has not been easy.
Much of the expectation created around the smallest Tesla is due to the technical characteristics presented. Tesla announces for the Model 3 an autonomy of about 500 km, having already reached a record of 975.5 km covered with just one load (but at a high price), it has rear or all-wheel drive (two engines), and comes with the much talked about Autopilot.
Tesla's presence at the Paris Motor Show is even more surprising since the North American brand is not usually a frequent presence in salons, opting for its own events to present the models. Despite this presence on European soil, the brand continues without revealing official release dates, prices or whether the characteristics of the European versions will diverge from the American versions.
