Cold Start. Aston Martin promotes new Corgi DB5 James Bond movie in full size

To celebrate the return of James Bond to cinemas around the world, with the film “No Time To Die”, Aston Martin has put on display in London a life-size DB5 replica of “Goldfinger” that Corgi launched in 1965.

The copy, which is on display at Battersea Power Station, in London (United Kingdom), is inside a faithful replica of the box that carried the toy in 1965, when it was launched, and which earned Corgi the title of “Toy of the Year” of the National Association of Toy Retailers Awards.

Just like the original toy model, this example also has all the gadgets that made the Aston Martin DB5 from the “Goldfinger” movie so special: swiveling number plates, retractable rear protective shield, ejectable “hang” seat and of course, machine guns in front.

“No Time To Die” hits UK theaters on September 30th and opens in the US on October 8th. Arrives in Europe after that.
