THE Skoda Scala is the Czech brand's bet for the C segment (Type, Mégane, Golf, etc…) and is already available in the national market. Unlike Octavia, it is assumed as a pure two-volume, like the vast majority of other proposals in the segment.
The highlight goes to the space it makes available — the Skoda Scala becomes one of the references in the segment, with excellent quotas for the rear passengers, as well as for the luggage compartment, with its 467 l only to be surpassed by the 478 l of the greater good. Honda Civic.
Skoda Scala range in Portugal
The national range of the Skoda Scala is multiplied by three engines and three levels of equipment. In gasoline engines we find the three-cylinder turbo 1.0 TSI , with two power levels, 95 hp and 116 hp. The only diesel engine is the known 1.6 TDI with 116 hp.
The 95 hp 1.0 TSI comes with a five-speed manual transmission, while the other engines can come equipped with either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed DSG (dual clutch).
There are two levels of equipment: Ambition and Style. There is a third party, Business Line, dedicated exclusively to the professional sector.

As a series, in the Ambition level , we can already count on equipment such as Front Assist (emergency braking system), rear parking sensors, front and rear armrests, air conditioning, cruise control, front and rear electric windows, Bolero infotainment system (8 ″), SmartLink, leather multifunction steering wheel, electric and heated rearview mirrors, LED headlights, LED taillights with dynamic turn indicators and 16-inch wheels.
Info-entertainment system and controls are familiar from other products of the Volkswagen group, allowing a quick acclimatization to the use of the Scala.
THE style level adds features such as a rear camera, Keyless Go, automatic air conditioning, light and rain sensor, Amundsen infotainment system (9.2“ + navigation), Virtual cockpit (digital instrument panel), full LED headlamps and wheelset 17″, in addition to specific coatings.
There are also many optional features, such as the Dynamic package, available in both versions, which includes sport seats, multifunction sports steering wheel, coated steel pedals and black roof lining.

The national range of the Skoda Scala starts at the 21 959.53 euros for the 1.0 TSI 95 Ambition and culminates in the 31,423.11 euros for 1.6 TDI with DSG box.
