In this first phase, the Audi A5 Cabriolet will be available with two engines. The most powerful version only arrives in Portugal in July.
The Audi A5 Cabriolet is the third and last member of the A5 family to reach the national market. Compared to the previous generation, the Audi A5 Cabriolet has grown in length to 4,673 mm (47 mm more) and in wheelbase to 2,760 mm (14 mm more), values that allow for increased legroom in the rear seats and the trunk capacity up to 380 liters (+60 liters). Even so, the A5 Cabriolet weighs 40 kg less than its predecessor and achieves greater structural rigidity (+ 40%).
As for the hood, the new electric drive system allows the hood to be retracted in just 15 seconds and up to a maximum speed of 50 km/h.
Two engines in Portugal
In this launch phase, the new Audi A5 Cabriolet is proposed with two engines. THE 2.0 TFSI with 190 hp, with prices from €56,000 (handbox), and the 2.0 TDI with 190 hp , starting from €58,010.
Later, the new Audi A5 will come to the range 3.0 TDI with 286 hp , with the quattro permanent system as standard. The most powerful version S5 Convertible – 354 hp of power and a maximum torque of 500 Nm – arrives in Portugal in July.
