If the title of this news can deceive the most absent-minded, the images leave no room for doubt: This is just another small “crate” that the former Yugoslavia saw being born.
Zastava Automobile – a brand that now belongs to Fiat – was responsible for creating this super compact of 1,190 cm3 and 55 hp. But this particular vehicle has such a unique feature that no other Yugo has. I mean… I want to believe that this is the only Yugo 55 in the world that has the front of a BMW E30, or rather the grille, the headlights and the emblem.
I don't know what led the owner to commit such insanity, but most likely, he just wanted to impress his girlfriend by telling her he had bought a new BMW. And, to be honest, I doubt she wasn't impressed… in the negative!
This German-accented Yugo has only 41,020 km of road experience and is on sale here for €650. If you're brave enough to buy this car, you have to let us go for a ride. Well… On second thought, maybe it's not such a good idea.
