“Hot SUVs” are becoming more and more common and perhaps that was the reason why our Carwow colleagues decided to join this trio in a drag race: Audi SQ2, BMW X2 M35i and Volkswagen T-Roc R.
Interestingly, the three models present in this drag race have four-cylinder, turbo and 2.0 l engines.
In the case of the Audi SQ2 and Volkswagen T-Roc R (which share the engine), the propeller delivers 300 hp and 400 Nm that are sent to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The BMW X2 M35i has 306 hp and 450 Nm which are then sent to the ground through an automatic eight-speed gearbox and an all-wheel drive system.
