After about three months having presented the renewed MINI for 2021, MINI now shows the small changes it has made to the John Cooper Works (JCW), the sportiest model in its range.

The aesthetic changes start right at the front, with the British brand of the BMW group now proposing a wider and taller grille, also incorporating two new air intakes.

On the sides, there are more prominent specific skirts and new panels over the wheel arches, where you can read “John Cooper Works”.

Moving to the rear, you can see the new air diffuser, the more aggressive spoiler and the new exhaust system in stainless steel with 85 mm diameter nozzles, for a soundtrack befitting the hidden “fire power” under the hood.

231 hp and… manual gearbox!

Driving this hot hatch continues to be a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbo engine that produces 231 hp and 320 Nm of maximum torque, delivered to the front wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox or a gearbox (optional ) Steptronic Sport with eight ratios.
