The new Skoda Octavia RS was picked up by WCF cameras at the mythical Nurburgring circuit in Germany a few weeks before it was unveiled at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Razão Automóvel has already had the opportunity to test the new Skoda Octavia (you can see it here) and from what we think this Skoda Octavia RS is practically ready to be presented to the public. The prototype that was picked up at the Nurburgring was slightly camouflaged, so don't be fooled by the more conservative look this RS appears to have.
Skoda has been somewhat «shy» when it comes to disclosing the specifications of this model, but has already confirmed that this model will be “longer, wider and lighter than its predecessor” – thanks largely to its new MQB platform.
The Czech brand has also already announced that this will be the fastest Octavia ever, but as we're not sure of anything yet, let's just believe that under the hood will come a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbo engine ready to deliver 220 hp and 350 Nm of Binary.
