It feels like the marriage between a fighter and an Ariel Atom or a BAC Mono, a full-scale toy. Only it's not a toy — this is a fully functional one-off.
The name, 2 Jet Z, gives a clear clue about its engine. That's right, in the back is the Supra A80's legendary 2JZ-GTE and, predictably, it's been “tweaked”. Debits around 630 hp — for everyday use, it has a mode with “only” 525 hp — which, combined with the meager 725 kg it weighs, should allow ballistic performances.

The suspension components come from Nissan, but the “pièce de résistance” is the steam basket that ends the escape. The inspiration in fighter jets is obvious, mimicking the exhaust of a jet turbine, and this is linked to the accelerator pedal, opening or closing as you step on it.
