All in carbon. TopCar Design completely transforms the Porsche 911 Turbo S

Porsche 992 Stinger GTR Limited Carbon Edition by TopCar Design . This is the full name of the latest creation by the Russian trainer TopCar Design, which has the Porsche 911 Turbo S (992 generation) as its protagonist and will be limited to an exclusive 13 units.

The highlight of its latest project is not the disproportionate increase in power that we sometimes see in these projects, nor even the simple addition of a “bodykit” that carries the visual aggressiveness of the model — even though this 911 Turbo S has a different look.

TopCar Design went further than usual and essentially replaced all the body panels of the 911 Turbo S with new ones in carbon fiber.

Much more than a "bodykit". All panels on the Porsche 911 Turbo appear to have been replaced.

It wasn't just the bumpers or the mirror covers… All in all, they are 84 pieces in carbon fiber that replace the entire bodywork of the iconic German sports car: from the hood to the mudguards, through the roof or the rear wing, to details such as the elements that make up the various air inlets and outlets…

The carbon pieces themselves, with the typical carefully lined braided pattern, have four layers: one outer, one inner, and two structural layers. In the gallery below you can see the level of detail achieved:

As all the panels are new, TopCar Design did not miss the opportunity to also modify the appearance of some of them, giving the Porsche 911 Turbo S an even more sporty and aggressive appearance.

Complementing the new carbon fiber leather, new forged RS Edition wheels are also available, from TopCar Design, with 20″ at the front and 21″ at the rear.

And although no mechanical modifications to the flat-six twin-turbo have been announced, we can also choose to equip the Porsche 911 Turbo S with an exhaust system in titanium from Akrapovič with black tailpipes.

It won't be cheap

It would be interesting to know how this carbon fiber “diet” affected the mass of the sports car, but TopCar Design didn't put forward figures on the topic. What we do know is that replacing all body panels is not going to be affordable.

The conversion itself costs a substantial 100,000 euros, but to be identical to the model shown in these images, it is necessary to add the forged wheels that cost 8000 euros, and the titanium exhaust from Akrapovič that amounts to 5000 euros. There is also the option for colored carbon fiber, which entails an additional cost of 25 thousand euros.
