Nissan X-Trail X-Scape. An SUV equipped as standard with a drone

Leader in the segment with the Qashqai, Nissan decided to create a special edition for its older brother, the X-Trail. An edition equipped with an unusual feature: being able to capture images and videos in off-road adventures using a drone. That's right.

The Nissan X-Trail X-Scape distinguishes itself by being standard equipped with a light and compact drone with GPS and visual tracking technology. The drone – a Parrot Bebop 2 weighing just 500g – includes a Parrot Skycontroller 2 remote and Parrot Cockpitglasses, which allow live video stream from the 14 megapixel camera.

The drone's maneuverability and digitally stabilized camera allow you to create a filming platform throughout a flight that can last up to 25 minutes. In order to optimize portability, the drone and support equipment are supplied with a custom storage case.

This X-Scape version is only available with the 130hp 1.6 liter diesel engine, exclusively in the Tekna equipment level. This level includes leather upholstery, heated front seats with electric adjustment, independent automatic air conditioning for driver and passenger and other navigation and safety systems.

The Nissan X-Trail X-Scape is limited to 1200 units across Europe. In Portugal, this special version is already available in Portugal from €41,050.
