Whether it is or not, there is no certainty, however, the owner measured the time from 0 to 96 km/h using a time meter used in competition and it only accused… 2.9s! For a point of comparison the M5 needs 3.1s for the same speed, and the 280hp Skoda Superb 2.0 TSI needs 5.8s (100 km/h).
