With a 4.0 l twin-turbo V8 that delivers 612 hp and 850 Nm, the Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 4MATIC+ is proof that an XL size SUV can be synonymous with a high-performance vehicle.
However, it seems, there are those who think that these numbers are not enough. And for those of you who think so, Wheelsandmore has decided to create not one, not two, not three, but four power kits.
In addition to the power boost, the tuning company offered the German SUV specific 24” wheels with 295/30 and 335/30 tires.

The first, called “Stage 1”, involves either installing a tuning module or a software revision. In the first case, we now have 720 hp and 1000 Nm, while in the second the values are more modest: 710 hp and 950 Nm.

The “Stage 2” kit includes sporty catalytic converters and larger turbos, all to boost power to 811 hp and torque to 1040 Nm, boosting top speed to 320 km/h.
If these numbers still “know a little”, the “Stage 3” kit includes new turbos with reinforced exhaust valves that allow the V8 with 4.0 l to deliver 872 hp and 1150 Nm.
Finally, in the “Stage 4” kit, the modified turbos, high-performance fuel pumps and a new software made it possible to reach an impressive 933 hp and 1150 Nm.
According to Wheelsandmore, this is the highest value that could be taken from the V8 without carrying out transformations such as increasing the displacement or installing forged parts.
And how much does all this cost?
The most affordable way to improve the Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 4MATIC+, the “Stage 1” kit in software revision mode, costs 2577 euros. Already opting for “Stage 1” but with the tuning module the price rises to 3282 euros.
The “Stage 2″ kit costs 17,240 euros, the “Stage 3” costs 31,895 euros and the “Stage 4” costs 43 102 euros.
