The atypical autumn gave the caravan of 50 Mercedes-Benzes that this weekend touring the slopes of Serra da Estrela, in the 6th Mercedes-Benz 4MATIC Experience. With high temperatures for the time, it was on the terrain that the main challenge was felt, with very dusty and very degraded trails.
There were even several Mercedes-Benz E-Class All-Terrain, who were part of the long caravan of this Mercedes-Benz 4MATIC Experience, at the call. The hard trails and paths, on hot October days, were a pleasant surprise. Serra da Estrela provided participants with steep fireworks, paths full of stone and dust and steep slopes, in addition to the most accessible roads.
The unique landscapes were appreciated by all adventurers who dared to leave the asphalt. In one of the most attended meetings of the brand's models with 4Matic technology ever, the SPA services of H2otel, in Unhais da Serra, made the difference to relax.
As main points of visit along the 250 km of tour, the 130 participants learned about the operation of the Snow Cleaning Center of Serra, in Piornos. The beauty of the Poço do Inferno waterfall, although without water, and the source of the Mondego river, were some of the places visited. Unfortunately, the scourge of fires did not go unnoticed by the caravan, which passed through several places that were ravaged by the flames.
In Seia, at the Bread Museum, children were able to handle the bread dough while adults were surprised by the stories and curiosities of this product around the world. Cereal, this time rye, was once again the theme for Sunday at the Interpretation Center of Moagem do Renteio, in Fundão. The lively lunch at Quinta da Hera concluded this adventure with the distribution of prizes to the participants.
