Ferrari celebrates its 20th anniversary in China

Yesterday, around 250,000 people gathered in Guangzhou to celebrate Ferrari's 20th anniversary in China. And of course, Luca di Montezemolo, president of Ferrari, didn't miss the party…

We've all noticed that car brands are increasingly looking to the other side of the globe, after all, China is just the largest country in East Asia and the most populous in the world, with more than 1.3 billion inhabitants, nearly 1/7th of the Earth's population. It is impossible to remain indifferent to these numbers, European construction companies, if they want to survive, have no alternative but to embark on this Asian adventure.

The 25 Ferrari dealers in China this year have sold something like 700 vehicles, a result that has made the Chinese market the second largest market for the Italian luxury brand. When the Italians embarked 20 years ago for this «China Business», they were far from imagining that they would be so teased with such recipes. And thankfully… for them…

To finish off the celebrations for this anniversary, the Canton Tower was lit up and then 500 lucky people had the opportunity to go to the gala night inside. Watch the video:
