BMW 4 Series with renewed arguments

Anonim

From its launch in 2013 until the end of 2016, the BMW 4 Series has sold around 400,000 units worldwide. Therefore, it was with the desire to further accentuate its sporty character (and not let sales drop…) that the engineers of the German brand set out for this slight renewal of the Series 4.

On the outside, BMW bet on new graphics and LED technology for the rear and headlights, with the adaptive function as an option. At the front, the air intakes were revised (in Luxury and M-Sport versions), as well as the one for rear shocks. Also available are two new exterior colors (Snapper Rocks Blue and Sunset Orange, in the pictures) and a set of 18-inch and 19-inch wheels.

Inside, attention has focused mainly on the finishes, which are now available in wood, aluminum and gloss black. Another new feature is the renewed navigation system, which includes a new, simpler and more customizable interface.

But it's not just aesthetically that the new BMW 4 Series is sportier. According to the brand, the slightly stiffer suspension provides a more dynamic ride without compromising comfort.

With regard to the range of engines, there are no significant changes to register. In the gasoline offer, the new 4 Series is available in 420i, 430i and 440i versions (between 184 hp and 326 hp), while in Diesel there are 420d, 430d and 435d xDrive versions (between 190 hp and 313 hp) cv). The BMW 418d (150 hp) version is exclusive to the Gran Coupe.

The BMW 4 Series is expected to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, while its arrival on the market is expected to take place next summer.
