Powered by two Lamborghini V12 engines this is the fastest Riva Aquarama in the world. But it's not this feature that makes it so special…

Riva-World, the Dutch specialist in pleasure boats, has just presented the restoration of a very special boat: a Riva Aquarama that once belonged to Ferruccio Lamborghini, founder of the super-sports brand with the same name. In addition to having belonged to Mr. Lamborghini, this is the most powerful Aquarama in the world.

Built 45 years ago, this Aquarama was purchased by Riva-World 3 years ago after having been in the possession of a German for 20 years, who acquired it after the death of Ferruccio Lamborghini.

After 3 years of intense restoration, this Riva Aquarama has been restored to its full splendor. . It took several treatments to the wood that makes up the hull and no less than 25(!) layers of protection. The interior was relined and all panels and buttons were disassembled, restored and reassembled.

At the heart of this ode to beauty in motion are two 4.0 liter V12 engines like those that powered the no less beautiful Lamborghini 350 GT . Each engine is capable of delivering 350hp, in a total of 700hp of power that take this boat up to 48 knots (about 83 km/h).

But more than the speed (elevated compared to the size) it is the beauty and the sound that accompany this historic boat that impress the most. Bella Machina!
