It's been a busy few months in Silicon Valley. Tesla is preparing to launch three new models in the next two years.

At a time when Tesla is finalizing the details of the official presentation of the Model 3, in its production version, we got to know more details about the Californian brand's strategy for the coming years.

The spokesperson was Elon Musk, CEO and founder of the company, and the news was shared on his personal Twitter account, as is the custom.

Starting precisely with Model 3, the new model will be unveiled as early as next July. The first units should be delivered to the brand's own employees, who will serve as beta testers to smooth all possible edges before the Model 3s reach the end-customers' hands. Let's remember that, at the moment, there are approximately 400 thousand pre-orders of the Model 3.

DON'T LOSE: Tesla loses money, Ford makes a profit. Which of these brands is worth more?

After the arrival of the Model 3, Tesla engineers turned their attention to the brand's first truck, which began to be developed last year. Yes, they read well. A 100% electric semi-trailer truck. A potential rival for Nikola?

Jerome Guillen, one of Tesla's long-time executives and former head of Daimler Trucks, is the leader of the project that will give rise to this freight transport model, scheduled for presentation in September. Later, in 2019, we will see the arrival of another Tesla model: a pick-up . Who knows a future rival for the thunderous Ford F-150?

Farther away seems to be the return of the Tesla Roadster. The next generation of the brand's first production model had already been confirmed previously, but there is still no presentation date.

However, the CEO of Tesla has once again left some clues about this model, which when launched will be the fastest in the Tesla range. Musk has suggested that his new 'outdoor' model, the successor to the Roadster, will be a 'convertible'. Which left some doubts in the air. Will it retain the roadster-style bodywork, or will it be a Model 3 or Model S-derived convertible?

All that remains is to mention the Model Y (unofficial name), but due to its absence. Nothing was referred to the brand's future SUV or crossover, which is rumored to be derived from the Model 3 and to be unveiled before the end of the decade.
