ESC Off. Chris Harris vs 1000 hp electrified Ferrari SF90 Stradale

If we don't count on the special and limited Ferrari LaFerrari, the SF90 Stradale it's the rampant horse brand's first series hybrid super sports car and is, in absolute terms, its first plug-in hybrid.

It is also the most powerful road Ferrari ever, featuring 1000 hp (and 800 Nm), surpassing the 963 hp of the LaFerrari.

A number achieved thanks to the marriage of the 4.0 twin-turbo 780 hp V8 and the 220 hp generated by three electric motors (one “wetched” between the eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox and the V8, and two on the front axle).

with a time of 1min 11.3s , took 1.4s off the time of the Ferrari 488 Pista — 1min12.7s —, the previous record holder. Surprising? No doubt.

Even more when we compare with the time made by the Ferrari LaFerrari of 1min14.2s on the same circuit, but with the driver / presenter Jason Plato at the wheel. That's how progress is…
