If there is an element that stands out in the Bugatti Chiron, it is the engine. The massive 8.0 liters with 16 cylinders in W delivers an impressive 1500 hp and 1600 Nm. It is capable of pushing the Chiron up to 300 km/h in just over 13 seconds and has enough power and power to travel through the air at 420 km/h h — electronically limited.

Few will have access to the Chiron, its W16 and the epic performance on offer, as it comes with a tag of approximately 2.5 million euros. All that's left for us to do is see the images, the videos, and with a bit of luck we'll come across the rare model on any Alentejo plain.

Or so now we have another alternative. How about having a W16 for contemplation in the living room? Aside from the familiar arguments it might generate, this is not actually the real W16, but the latest model from the Amalgam Collection.

Impressive detail

The Amalgam Collection is known for the excellence of execution of its models and attention to detail. Engine models aren't common — even the Amalgam Collection hadn't made one since the beginning of this century. But if there is an engine that deserves all your attention, that engine is the W16.

The W16 is in 1:4 scale which guarantees generous dimensions — 44 cm long and 22 cm high. It consists of 1040 pieces and was developed in collaboration with the Bugatti design team over 2500 hours. The hand-build process takes 220 hours.
