It seems like yesterday, but it was about a year ago that CUPRA was born (more precisely on February 22, 2018). And, truth be told, it can be said that this first year of existence of CUPRA as an independent brand was, to say the least, busy.
Let's see: in just one year, CUPRA launched itself on the market, created a network of sales spaces (CUPRA Corners located in 277 selected dealerships throughout Europe), launched its first model, the CUPRA Atheque , and also presented the first 100% electric competition tour, the CUPRA e-Racer.
Now, in order not to slow down and, at the same time, celebrate its first year of existence, it is getting ready to unveil, on February 22nd, a concept car that anticipates the first fully independent CUPRA in the SEAT range.
Online Revelation
Despite already having a confirmed revelation for February 22, this will be a little different from what we're used to, as it will be a digital revelation. The prototype that, according to the brand, "combines the benefits of a sports car with those of an SUV" should be the same one we talked about a few days ago and should be present in the Geneva Motor Show.

According to CUPRA CEO Wayne Griffiths, this prototype “synthesizes the values of the CUPRA brand, it is a special and unique vehicle, with a striking and sculptural design, which expresses its performance and shows the energy we have at CUPRA to develop the next generation of vehicles”. It now remains to wait for February 22nd to get to know him.
