C1 Learn & Drive Trophy. After Braga, towards the Algarve, for a double journey

Anonim

It's already on the 22nd and 23rd of June that the C1 Learn & Drive Trophy and, of course, the Razão Automóvel/Escape Livre team are back on track. After a rainy (and troubled) debut in Braga, the trophy changes the Vasco Sameiro circuit in Minho to the Portimão Circuit, which will host a double journey (know the reasons for this double journey)

Thus, for the two 6-hour races (one on the 22nd and the other on the 23rd of June) that will take place in the Algarve, the participation of a total of 47 teams (41 teams lined up in Braga) and more than 200 drivers, more riders than were seen at this year's 24 Hours of Le Mans!

In addition to the teams against which the Razão Automóvel/Escape Livre team competed in Braga, they are joined by Gianfranco Motorsport G'S Competizione, Puma Racing, R4F, OnRising, Porto Classico, Gianfranco Motorsport GMBM and even a guest car of the Organization.

After Braga, the C1 Learn & Drive Trophy travels to the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve.

Track time will not be lacking

As you would expect on a weekend in which there will be two races of six hours each, if there's one thing the little Citroën C1's won't do much it's standing still. In all, and according to André Marques, responsible for the organization, around 16 hours of track action await riders over the weekend.

On Saturday there will be two qualifying sessions. The first will set the starting grid for that day's race while the second qualifying session will set the grid for Sunday's race. However, only teams that have participated in the Braga event will score points for Saturday's race.

Saturday's race starts at 2:30 pm with the checkered flag appearing at 8:30 pm. On the other hand, Sunday's race is scheduled to start at 10:00 am and only at 16:00 will the winner be known.

C1 Learn & Drive Trophy
After making our debut in motor sport in Braga, we go to the Algarve looking to apply what we learned in the Minho competition.

After Braga, we are ready for the Algarve

The Razão Automóvel/Escape Livre team will also line up at the start of the double journey in the Algarve of the C1 Learn & Drive Trophy, this after a first test where we did not fail to face our share of adventures.

If you want to follow the race (and our team), you can do so through the social networks of the C1 Learn & Drive Trophy and Razão Automóvel, as happened in the Braga race.
