Just over a month ago, Guilherme Costa made an excellent preview of the next Volkswagen Golf VII 2013, and today, the German brand made known the monetary value that you will have to pay to purchase such a car.

We all know that the MQB platform is the main new feature in this new Golf, which means that this seventh generation will be lighter, more spacious, more dynamic and more comfortable than all its older brothers. If you were eager to get your hands on the wheel of the new generation of this “best seller”, then you know that its arrival on the national market is scheduled in the first week of November. However, initially there will only be three engines and three levels of equipment.

The most “modest” heart of the new Golf will be the 1.2 TSi gasoline 85 hp , which will consume an average of 4.9 l/100km. In diesel variants we have a 1.6 105hp TDi with an average consumption of 3.8 l/100km and a more exciting 2.0 TDi with 150 hp ready to drink 4.1 l/100km.

But that's not all… At the beginning of next year, the 1.2 TSi with 105 hp and the 1.4 TSi with 140 hp will arrive, the latter with the cylinder on demand system, which allows the deactivation of cylinders. Know everything about this system here.

Later, in March, the arrival of the 1.6 TDi with 90 hp is expected. Finally, in June comes the 110 hp 1.6 TDi Bluemotion. Well, in the end it's like saying… You already know that the “people's car” (in a good way) always has infinite market options available.
