THE 7th Adventure Dacia 4×2 , organized by Dacia Portugal and Clube Escape Livre, was very close to the 50 teams! Last weekend, between Mondim de Basto, Amarante and Lamego, the Dacia caravan traveled, got to know and won all the challenges of the northern territory with unparalleled satisfaction.
The 46 teams and 120 participants from the north to the south of the country and from neighboring Spain set a new record of entries and once again showed the fiber and good spirits of the Dacia family.

The Duster and Sandero Stepway models covered, in some cases with greater care and attention, fire breaks, roads, high altitude trails, riverside valleys and the cobblestones of more rural villages, a range of routes that enriched the driving experience. of the participants. A weekend was left behind. Alvão, Cabreira, Marão and Meadas mountains , and which had routes in several municipalities, not only to get to know the country better, but also to take advantage of the potential of the models of the Renault group's brand.

The night stage on Friday, to the top of Senhora da Graça, was made without rain and with a landscape marked by the lights of the villages, although even up there, during the visit to the Sanctuary, the fog limited the views.

Saturday also dawned with clouds and mild temperatures and the caravan left for the northern expedition, passing through Minas Fonte Figueira until arriving, already sunny, to visit the church of S. Gonçalo in Amarante.
But it was already after lunch and after passing through the interpretation center of Castelo de Arnóia, that the more daring wanted to feel the adrenaline promoted by the passage in the sections of the Rally de Portugal, including Lameirinha's jump . A visit to the peaceful village of Agra and the SPA services of the Agua Hotels in Mondim de Basto restored the tranquility of the day.

On Sunday, the muddiest trails required new care but provided new emotions to the waterfall of Fisgas do Ermelo. On the way to cross the Serra do Marão, intense rain and fog limited the observation of the beauty of the landscape. On the other side of the Douro, in Serra das Meadas, the sun appeared again and allowed a grand farewell to the always good-humored and adventurous Dacia family.

To make itself known at first hand, the new Dacia Duster was present in this Dacia Adventure, even allowing some competitors to travel some of the tracks on Friday and Saturday at the wheel of the new generation SUV by Dacia, which will start marketing in Portugal during this month of June.
Participants were able to prove the benefits and evolutions of the new generation in the 4×2 versions of the engine 1.2 TCE with 125 hp and 1.5 dCi with 110 hp.
