Today we have already presented here, the pinnacle of British luxury, the German technological rigor and now we are going directly to Romanian lands, to show the new Dacia Duster 2018. An SUV that has its most important calling card in its simplicity.
In the images, we can see the evolution of the model's design, which without cutting into the current Dacia Duster design, is more modern and robust. From the inside there are still no images. The new Dacia Duster will only be revealed in its entirety at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
Since its launch in 2010, more than one million Dacia Dusters have been sold. Numbers that the French brand… sorry, Romanian! want to continue registering.

Do you know the old formula “you can't move in a winning team”? Renault decided to apply this formula in moderate quantities, renewing the Dacia Duster only in the essential points and which deserved further repairs by the press and customers. Namely the exterior design and the presentation of the interior.
According to the brand, the new Dacia Duster will have a completely renovated interior, where even the windshield has been advanced by 100 mm to increase the space available in the cabin. But we won't get to know the interior until the model is presented in Frankfurt.
For the rest, the engines, the platform, the suspensions, in short, the essence of the current Dacia Duster has remained . The design, as we said, has been updated, specifically in the following points:
- The grille now extends to the headlights, placed at the ends, accentuating the perception of the car's width;
- New luminous signature, integrates the LED daytime headlamps, divided into three segments;
- Larger crankcase protection with a more “off road” appearance;
- Higher waistline;
- New aluminum roof bars;
- At the rear, redesigned headlamps with Dacia's luminous signature – with the 4 red squares;
- Larger rear skid, also in satin chrome.
The New Duster will be officially presented at the Frankfurt show, at a press conference that will be broadcast live on Dacia Portugal's Facebook.
