The creator of this “setup” was not enough to have a steering wheel, or buy a bacquet, to better simulate driving a car in Forza Horizon 4. The author of the YouTube channel Johnnys_playground took everything to another level, having built it from a Volkswagen Golf 7 dashboard, its own driving simulator.
And as you can see in the featured video, it wasn't just about having a dashboard as a “decoration” for your driving simulator.
Everything (or almost everything) on the dashboard of this Volkswagen Golf 7 is working: from the instrument panel, to the on-board computer, to the infotainment system screen. Even the manual gear knob works… — as I mentioned, this is another level.
And to make everything a little more special, he even customized the dashboard, covering it with a “skin” imitating carbon fiber, later replacing it with one imitating wrought carbon.

How does it all work out in the end? You can see it in the video below and it's absolutely brilliant… The only problem? Well, it only really makes sense to play with this cockpit when the selected car is… a Volkswagen Golf.
