The Lexus LFA is the first supercar designed by the brand, one of the rarest models of Toyota's luxury brand, of which only 500 units were produced.
Originally conceived as a hyper-exclusive proposal, in which production costs were passed on to a secondary plan, the LFA even saw its initial design, which provided for an aluminum construction, to be manufactured in the final version, in carbon fiber — a material incomparably more expensive, but which guaranteed, from the outset, even greater gains in terms of weight.

Already under the huge front bonnet, a 4.8 liter naturally aspirated V10, with the redline only appearing at around 9000 rpm, ensuring a maximum power of 560 hp at 8700 rpm and 480 Nm of torque — values that are not benchmarks for the time it was born, are still sufficient to provide this super sports car with top performances.
Coupled to this “banzai” engine was a sequential six-speed gearbox, not always the most loved.

2574 km in just six years
With only one owner throughout its existence (it was manufactured in 2012), this Lexus LFA Nürburgring does not add up to more than 2574 km, now looking for a new owner, by the hand of the auctioneer Barret-Jackson.
The only drawback: in addition to not having a published base bid price (but which will certainly be high), the Lexus LFA Nürburgring will be auctioned on the other side of the Atlantic, more specifically, in Palm Beach, California, USA, next month Of april.
