Last Lexus LFA sold... in the US

Anonim

The story of the blissful Lexus LFA is over.

The Lexus LFA No. 500 was out of production a few weeks ago, but since this copy made it to the museum, the last LFA to be sold was the No. 499, and guess what, where did this asphalt gun go? It went straight to the country of 'muscle cars', the United States of America.

This fantastic example comes with an exterior painting in Steel Grey, the interior in shades of red and a metallic gray was chosen for the wheels. Interestingly, the owner of this Lexus No. 499 is the same as the Lexus No. 003, meaning Roy Mallady's got the first and last Lexus LFA to be sold in the USA. As you can imagine, only a person who really likes a car commits such a "madness".

Roy Mallady's describes this Lexus LFA as the “best car I've ever bought”. And believe me, he's already bought a few… For example, he's already had cars in his garage like: Porsche 911, Ferrari 360s, Audi R8, Nissan GT-R, Lotus Esprit, Lexus LSs, LX SUVs and SC400. There is a clear preference here for cars from Japan, more specifically, from Lexus, however, it is still a valid and legitimate comment.

Remember that this Japanese super sports car owns a «humble» 4.8 liter V10 engine that is prepared to deliver 560 hp power. Top speed is 325 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes just 3.7 seconds.
