Well then. This new Porsche 911 GT3 Touring Package presented today at the Frankfurt Motor Show is, according to the Stuttgart brand, a tribute to this Carrera 2.7 RS Touring. That in practice was a more domesticated and usable version of the radical Carrera 2.7 RS Lightweight.
The new Porsche 911 GT3 Touring Package is a modern reinterpretation of that concept, using the same components as the GT3 version, but adopting a more discreet appearance. In truth, with the exception of the rear, there is no aesthetic difference.
The engine is exactly the same: everything is the same as the "normal" GT3. We are back to find the well-known 4.0 liter flat-six atmospheric 500 hp and 460 Nm of maximum torque, now associated with a manual six-speed gearbox – with automatic “point-heel” – and capable of reaching a glorious 9,000 rpm! Repeat after me: nine thousand revolutions per minute. Didn't they shiver?
Thanks to this engine, the Porsche 911 GT3 Touring Package fulfills 0-100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds.

How much will this analogue, revivalist and simply superb Porsche cost in Portugal? 205,475 euros. They still say that money doesn't bring happiness...
