We've known for some time that the new Land Rover Defender had been the protagonist in the latest film in the 007 saga, "No time to die", however, in the latest announcement of the British jeep we can confirm the "beat" that it took to the throughout the recordings.

From jumps to violent passages over watercourses and rocky paths, the new Defender saw its resilience put to the test during filming, confirming that the British brand's DNA remains intact in this new interpretation of the iconic model.

The footage you can see in the video is from one of the (many) chase scenes in the film and, according to stunt coordinator Lee Morrison, the Land Rover Defender allowed the production team to overcome “all possible limits”.

Nick Collins, Land Rover Product Line Director, added: “We've developed a new standard of testing exclusive to Defender (…) The physical endurance and power was measured through various tests (…) to confirm that we could offer the necessary and required by the stunt team without the need to change the bodywork”.
