Today, the two brands live in separate houses but are still happy. Polestar's autonomization did not mean the end of vitaminized models in the Swedish brand's range.
Next week the new Volvo S60 will be unveiled, and according to Volvo's teasers, the new generation of the Swedish saloon will have a sports version that matches the competition. The equipment list is mouth-watering.

Volvo S60 Polestar Engineered. hybrid power
Now that we've seen the details of the Volvo S60 Polestar, let's icing on the «top of the cake». To boost this model, we will find again the well-known T8 Twin engine that we already found in the 60 and 90 series.
A 2.0 liter unit associated with an electric motor that in this Volvo S60 Polestar will be able to develop a total of 420 hp of power and 670 Nm of maximum torque.
As with the rest of the Volvo range, the Volvo S60 Polestar will also be able to travel in 100% electric mode. There are no official data yet, but a 100% electric range of 60 km is estimated.
The new Volvo S60 Polestar hits the market as early as 2019. Another new feature is that there will be no versions equipped with Diesel engines.
