Genesis, Hyundai's premium brand, presented the latest members of the family in Busan: G80 and G80 Sport.
Following the strategic plan established by the brand for the next 4 years, the Genesis G80 – the first of 5 new models to be launched until 2020 – was finally presented, thus joining the G90 launched last year. The big surprise is the bet on a Sport version whose main differences are the redesigned grille, new bumpers and custom exhaust pipes.In terms of engines, the sports saloon will be available (depending on the markets) with a 3.8 liter V6 GDI block with 310 hp, 3.3 liter V6 T-GDI with 365 hp and 5.0 liter V8 GDI capable of delivering 418 hp and 384 hp Nm of binary. Both models are equipped as standard with the 8-speed automatic transmission system.
