New images. The fire that destroyed millions of euros in supercars

Anonim

It took place in the United Kingdom, more precisely in Over Peover, Cheshire, during the last month of December. Two buildings (warehouses) burned down and had a collection of around 80 vehicles inside. According to local sources, it was a case of arson.

Fortunately, there were no fatalities, but the same cannot be said about the spoils kept inside these buildings, which were totally destroyed.

Among the eight dozen burned vehicles, there were supercars, luxury and classic vehicles, among others… A very valuable collection, valued at several million euros.

Now, three months after the fire, new images were published, taken by Supercar Advocates, which visited the place where many of the burning machines still remain (and which are being removed, little by little, from the warehouse).

Among the cars that burned, the Ferrari LaFerrari, which serves as the cover image for this article, stands out, the only one that seems to have managed to retain part of its original painting.

It wasn't the only Ferrari in the warehouse, in fact, there were plenty more. From classics, like the Ferrari 250 GTE, to others on the way, like the 355 Fiorano Handling Pack or the 360 Spider, or even the much more recent 488 Pista, GTC4Lusso and 812 Superfast, or the more exclusive 599 GTO and F12tdf.

wrecked cars

In the collection of 80 vehicles were also several Bugatti (not specified), Aston Martin (Vantage V12 S and one with Zagato signature), a McLaren 650S, a 675LT and a Senna, a rare Lexus LFA and a Porsche Carrera GT.

A BMW M2 and an Abarth 695 Biposto also belonged to the collection, and in the images it is also possible to see a Rolls-Royce (it appears to be a Ghost), a Jaguar E-Type and even a MINI (GP3?).
