This is more or less what the engineers of the German brand thought during the development of the new Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet , at a time when the brand sells out the last cartridges of the current generation of the G-Class.
As the name landaulet suggests, this unique version limited to 99 copies combines a four-door limousine-style bodywork with a retractable canvas roof in the passenger area. Inside, the rear of the cabin is also isolated from the driver and passengers benefit from the same leather-covered seats as the S-Class (with massage system), among other small perks such as a heated cup holder or a touch screen.
