Last week we went to Marseilles for the first contact with the new Audi A4 Avant (B9 generation). A model that goes to battle in one of the most competitive segments of the market.
Lisbon airport, 7 am. Destination: presentation of the new Audi A4 Avant (B9 generation) in Marseille, France. I arrived a little late but still on time for check-in. Already settled in the uncomfortable seats of an Embraer ERJ 145, he was talking to a colleague about how Audi could overcome the emissions scandal.
We agreed that it wouldn't be easy and came up with some solutions – three hours of flight is a lot... I must say that none of us had the best answer, and it wasn't because of lack of time. The best answer was waiting for us outside Marseille airport: the new Audi A4 Avant. The 5th generation of one of the most successful models ever in the premium D segment.
This 5th generation Audi A4, whether in the limousine or the Avant version, is probably the best answer the brand could give the market: superior build quality, cutting-edge technological content, excellent dynamic behavior and efficient engines (and no, these do not suffer from malicious software).
