Ghe-O Motors Rescue - I want one too!

Anonim

Ghe-O Motors Rescue embodies the approach that should be applied to the development of any emergency vehicle. Via the “fabulistic” component!

Probably unknown, Ghe-O Motors is a Romanian company dedicated to the off-road world. Originally dedicated to creating off-road vehicles for competition, it has expanded its activity to vehicles for emergencies such as rescue or firefighting.

Ghe-O Motors Rescue is their latest product. Fresh out, apparently, from some apocalyptic Hollywood movie, like a mix of Hummer and Tumbler (the fantastic vehicle of Christopher Nolan's Batman movies), and a few touches of Wrangler. But everything raised to a giant scale. This mastodon is 5.2m long, 2.7m wide and approximately 2.4m high. It “only” weighs 3200kg, which sounds like a lot, but comparatively it's a little lighter than the Hummer H1, a much more compact vehicle in all directions.

Ghe-O Motors has its origins in competition, and as such, Ghe-O Rescue integrates much of this acquired knowledge into its vast body. The same approach to creating off-road racing machines is applied in Rescue. For example, the skeleton is a tubular chassis, as is common to find in a series of competition cars. Allows several engines, and although not specified, it is announced that it can be equipped with gasoline engines between 340 and 500hp and diesel engines between 218 and 304hp.

Ghe-O Motors Rescue was designed to be the ideal solution for extreme situations, allowing transport (capacity up to 11 passengers), medical support and capable of attacking fires in any type of terrain or climate. With its role defined as a rescue and firefighting vehicle, it has a multitude of options in its arsenal. From a 620 liter water tank and integrated water pumps to tracks on the rear axle or pneumatic pads on the wheels that guarantee buoyancy and even water mobility. For military applications you can see their motors with water protection and reinforced electromagnetic protection.

The video at the end of the article reveals the abilities of Ghe-O Motors Rescue, and innocently, to make modest these off-road legends, called Land Rover Defender or Hummer H1.

As Bruce Wayne would say after being introduced to the Tumbler, his future Batmobile, only one question occurs to me: "Does it come in black?" (comes in black?)
