Mercedes-Benz.io hires aboard a Mercedes-AMG C63

Mercedes-Benz is hiring for its center Digital Delivery Hub , called Mercedes-Benzio, in Lisbon.

The selection interviews took place during the realization of the Web Summit in a scenario prepared for this purpose at the Beato Creative Hub and, imagine that… they took place inside a 510 hp Mercedes-AMG C63, with a driver at the wheel. At this point, you already wish you had competed, didn't you? During the interview, the Mercedes-AMG C63 was not immobilized, quite the opposite. Candidates had to try to answer questions posed by the Mercedes-Benz CEO as the driver drifted around the building.

According to the brand, the explanation for these original interviews is that “the number of people interested in working at Mercedes-Benz.io in Lisbon is increasing. Therefore, our interviews are faster and faster”. Seriously?

During the Web Summit, more than 100 candidates for the positions sought by the brand responded to this original interview with the CEO of Mercedes-Benz.

Mercedes-Benz intends to hire as a whole 125 developers talented people from around the world, from designers to concept makers, including programming experts for Apps, big data, cloud computing, Java, Java Script, AEM and SAP / hybris development.

In Portugal, Mercedes-Benz.io already has around 20 employees and hopes to grow his team over the next few months.

At the end of the video, the brand suggests that all the vacancies are not filled yet, so maybe all is not lost.

Keeping the same style, and speed, of the interviews, it seems to us that candidates will not be missing. Everything indicates that the next interview location, from what the video suggests, will be aboard a Mercedes-AMG GT, but on a circuit. Don't you really want to try?
