Between the 20th and 21st of July (that is, on the next weekend), Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo will once again host another edition of Slalom Sprint of Castelo Rodrigo (more precisely, the 21st), two of which are part of the recently created Portuguese Skills Championship.
The first race of the weekend is the Castelo Rodrigo Slalom and takes place on Saturday at 2 pm at the Estádio Municipal de Figueira. Still Saturday, but at 9 pm the Slalom/Sprint will take place. Finally, for Sunday at 2 pm, the 1st Great Automobile Expertise Figueira Castelo Rodrigo is scheduled to take place on Avenida Heróis de Castelo Rodrigo.
Both the Castelo Rodrigo Slalom and the 1st Great Automobile Skill Figueira Castelo Rodrigo are not only part of the Raiano Skills Trophy but also part of the Portuguese Skills Championship.
Competitors will not be absent
In all, the organization of the XXI Slalom Sprint of Castelo Rodrigo hopes to have more than 50 registered riders. Among these, the presence of the first three classified in the National Skills Championship stands out: Jorge Almeida, António Borges and Dino Almeida.

Another attraction is the presence of the pilot Marco Martins, one of the great names in the skill panorama, and of his Fiat 600. In all, a total of 4000 euros in prizes in the set of races is up for grabs, with prizes being awarded up to the 5th place in the general classification and by classes.
