Between the 13th and 14th of July (that is, on the next weekend), the city of Guarda will once again welcome some of the best drivers in the national automobile scene, hosting another Guard Racing Days organized by the Free Escape Club.
For now, the event has 40 entries, among which famous names in national (and even international) motor sport stand out such as Armindo Araújo, Pedro Matos Chaves, Rui Sousa, Santinho Mendes, Fernando Peres, Pedro de Mello Breyner or Francisco Carvalho, to name just a few.
As for the teams that will be present at the Guarda Racing Days, the highlights are ARC Sport, AMSport, Sharish Gin Race Team, Can-Am Off Road Portugal, JB Racing Rich Energy and Franco Sport.
Celebrations will not be lacking
Among the drivers already confirmed for the Guard Racing Days, Rui Sousa and Carlos Silva also mark their 25 years of car competition, starting the celebrations precisely in the city of Beira.

With regard to this celebration, the two drivers will carry out, in collaboration with the concessionaire Isuzu, Matos & Prata, several co-drives with the Isuzu that led to the victory of the T2 National Championship, and Rui Sousa will also race in Guarda with the MINI Cattiva Rally Raid with which it will participate in the Baja de Aragon.
In addition to the various competitions that will take place on the slopes of the fair, the public will be able to contact the drivers and competition cars at the autograph session held at Largo da Misericórdia on Saturday, between 10 pm and midnight. , in the city center.
