It is next weekend that the 19th edition of the Slalom Sprint of Castelo Rodrigo will take place. The event organized by the Clube Escape Livre and the Municipality of Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo, has already become a brand image in motor racing in the region.
In last year's edition, the Sprint race was introduced, which meant an expressive number of riders, having surpassed five dozen. This year, that number is comfortably exceeded, with more than 70 riders present.
Among the riders present in the slalom race, we will have in the discussion of victory Hugo Ribeiro, Jorge Araújo, António Alexandre and Tiago Mateus, who are among the best classified at national level. In Sprint we will be able to meet José Cruz and Ruben Lopes, from AMSport, and Carlos Pacheco, Paulo Leite and José Gomes.
As in previous editions, the victory will have to be discussed in the millisecond, always with great spectacle.

The Sprint event takes place at the Municipal Stadium of Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo, Saturday, at 18:00.
Between 21:00 and 00:00, all drivers will have to make the remaining two attempts to establish the best time.
Slalom
The slalom competition takes place on Avenida Francisco Sá Carneiro, on Sunday, at 2 pm.
All riders will have to make three passes, with the top 10 competing in a very final to find the absolute winner.
